This fellowship, established by Regina’s husband Nyles, honors Regina’s legacy as a legal services attorney. PIA Post Graduate Fellowship
Katie McClung
Katie McClung, the 2024-2025 WV Fund for Law in the Public Interest Post-Graduate Fellow, has chosen to take her fellowship to the offices of the Preston County Public Defender. Katie passed the West Virginia bar exam this past summer and was admitted to the bar in October. She started work in Preston County on November 1st. She’s excited by the opportunity to serve those in the 18th Judicial Circuit who would otherwise have no help. While a law student at WVU, Katie served as the student president of the board of directors of the Fund. Since graduating, she has generously continued to perform volunteer service for the Fund.
